By creating an account, accessing Ratio X EA Generator, or using any generated output, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

These Terms apply to the EA Generator software experience hosted at eagenerator.ratioxtrade.com and any related account, billing, support, and email workflows.

Ratio X EA Generator is an AI-assisted software tool that helps users describe trading rules, generate technical plans, and produce editable MQL5 source code for MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisors.

The service does not provide brokerage services, managed accounts, order execution, investment advice, portfolio management, financial planning, or recommendations to buy, sell, hold, or trade any financial instrument.

Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, futures, cryptocurrencies, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all users. Automated trading can magnify losses because software may execute rules continuously, incorrectly, or under market conditions you did not anticipate.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, compiling, testing, monitoring, disabling, and deciding whether to use any Expert Advisor or code generated through the service. Always test in a demo environment before considering live use.

Past performance, backtests, examples, presets, prompts, generated code, or marketing materials do not guarantee future results.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and confirm your email address before your first login when email confirmation is required.

You are responsible for validating that generated code complies with your broker rules, platform settings, local laws, tax obligations, and risk tolerance.

You must not use the service to create unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful systems, or to misrepresent generated code as guaranteed, risk-free, or professionally advised.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use generated MQL5 source code for your own trading research, testing, and internal strategy development.

Generated output may be similar for different users when prompts, market concepts, or coding patterns are similar. Ratio X does not guarantee exclusivity, novelty, profitability, or intellectual-property clearance of generated output.

You remain responsible for reviewing generated output before compiling, distributing, selling, uploading, or running it.

The service may use subscriptions, free credits, monthly credits, and one-time credit packs. Credits are used according to the credit policy shown in the app and may be charged when a generation or eligible workflow completes successfully.

Prices, plans, features, credit limits, and availability may change. If billing is handled through a third-party processor, that processor's terms and payment rules also apply.

The service and all generated output are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

Ratio X does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, profitable, compatible with every broker, compatible with every MetaTrader build, or free from defects in generated code.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ratio X will not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, data loss, platform errors, broker execution issues, market events, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Your use of generated code in live markets is your independent decision and your sole responsibility.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account violates these Terms, creates security risk, abuses the service, attempts to bypass credit or billing systems, or uses the service in a way that may harm Ratio X, other users, or third parties.

You may stop using the service at any time. Certain account, transaction, and compliance records may be retained as required for legitimate business, security, tax, legal, or regulatory purposes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates become effective when posted or otherwise communicated through the service. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
